CONGRESS DISCIPLINES
The aim of this international congress is to create a platform that allows Turkish scientists to present their high-quality work in Turkish and English, and to subsequently publish these high-quality studies in ISBN-certified proceedings, making them a reference source for other researchers.
Applications are accepted in all the fields below. Sessions will be conducted on a discipline-by-discipline basis.
SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE FEE
-Publication of abstracts and full texts in the congress proceedings book with ISBN
-Separate certificate of participation (PDF) for all authors
-Hot and cold refreshments during the congress (for in-person participants)
SERVICES NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
-Services such as accommodation and transportation are NOT included in the price.
CONFERENCE (CITY) TOUR
This 4-hour walking and subway tour includes the United Nations Headquarters, Central Library, Times Square, and Empire State Avenue. These are neighborhoods that cannot be fully explored by bus.
Duration: Approximately 4 hours. The tour distance is approximately 4 miles (3 km).
Price: This tour is free and offers a friendly atmosphere.

1:00 PM-5:00 PM: Times Square, Empire State Building, Central Library, United Nations, Central Train Station
A coffee break is planned for participants after the tour.

Application and registration steps
1- Send your abstract to meetconazer@gmail.com until March 05, 2026 (word/doc)
2- Participation fee payment: March 05, 2026
3- If you abstract is accepted by referee you will receive an acceptance mail
4- Your registration will be done automatically
5- Programme will be announcement on March 08, 2026 on web site (check your name at programme)
6- Join in meeting via zoom, make your presentation
7- After your presentation you will receive your certificate
CONGRESS PARTICIPATION FEE
Online participation: Single Presentation Fee: 50 Usd Online participation: Two Presentation Fee: 100 Usd.
In-person participation: Single Presentation Fee: 300 USD. Face-to-face participation: Two Presentation Fee: 350 USD.
For in-person participation (for visa applications, etc.), you must pay 50 USD to receive an acceptance letter. After your payment, we will send you an official acceptance letter. Any issues that may arise due to visa rejections for in-person participation are not binding on the congress group.
* You may participate with a maximum of two presentations.
Please make your payment only after receiving acceptance, please request an account number for payment
WRITING RULES
-Times New Roman, 12 pt. (Article title 12 pt. and Bold.
Names of authors, institutions, e-mail addresses, abstract and all keywords should be 11 pt.
For parts such as graphics, tables, the author's font size can be determined by the author in the most appropriate way) However, 11 pt. or 10 pt. size is preferred.
- Give the line spacing 1.5
- Do not indent at the beginning of the paragraph from the left.
- MAIN titles should be written in CAPITAL letters and bold.
- Citation and Bibliography should be arranged in APA style.
Bottom Note Method Is Not Preferred.
- Your full texts must be at least 5 pages.
- SUMMARY, INTRODUCTION, RESEARCH AND FINDINGS,
CONCLUSION and REFERENCES sections should be shown under
separate headings in your full texts.
