FEE

Online participation fee: 35 EURO

Please make your payment only after receiving acceptance

The following works are accepted for the Group Exhibition

Paintings, Prints, Photography, and Calligraphy: Must be 50cm x 70cm in size

Tile and Ceramic Works: Must fit into a box with a diameter of 30cm x 30cm x 30cm and weigh no more than 1500g

Carpets and Rugs: Must be 60cm x 40cm or 90cm x 60cm

Textiles: Must be no more than 200cm x 200cm and weigh no more than 1500g​

CONGRESS PARTICIPATION FEE

Online Exhibition Fee for Single Work: 35 Euro Online Exhibition Fee for Two Works: 50 Euro

In-Person Exhibition Fee (Single Work): 300 EURO

PAYMENT INFORMATION

A minimum of 8 in-person artwork applications is required for the in-person exhibition. The number of in-person requests will be determined on September 30, 2025. Therefore, please do not make any travel plans before September 30, 2025.

REGISTRATION METHOD

We offer two options.
1- Online Exhibition Participation: Works will be exhibited online. Following the exhibition, an exhibition catalog with ISBN will be published, and a certificate of participation will be sent to the owners.
2- Physical Participation: If you ship your artwork to us, your artwork will be physically exhibited at a later date in a designated exhibition hall. The exhibition opening (video recording will begin outside the hotel, continue uninterrupted through the entrance to the hotel and the exhibition hall, and conclude with a video of each artwork displayed individually, with the owner's name displayed on the artwork)
